Who is responsible
ATTFT Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15102834.
Contact: business@attft.com.
ATTFT Limited is the controller for personal information it receives through business enquiries and its own communications. This notice covers this informational website and enquiries about our services. A client project may need a separate privacy notice or data-processing agreement.
Information and why it is used
- Enquiries: when you email us, we receive your email address, any name or contact details you provide, your message and attachments. We use these to respond and discuss your requirements. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, where applicable, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- Business records: if an enquiry leads to a project, relevant correspondence may become part of the project record. Processing may be needed to perform a contract, meet legal obligations or establish and defend legal claims.
- Technical information: hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request times and requested pages to deliver the website and protect it from misuse. The relevant interest is operating a secure, reliable website.
You choose what to send. We may be unable to respond or assess a project without relevant contact and project details. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential credentials in an initial message.
Cookies, fonts and page features
The ATTFT pages do not include analytics, advertising trackers, newsletter registration, payment collection or a contact form. Clicking an email link opens your email application; it does not submit information to a website database.
The pages load Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve font files, which discloses technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google Fonts privacy information.
The “Copy email address” button writes the public business email address to your clipboard when you choose it. It does not read your clipboard.
These pages do not themselves set cookies or use browser storage. The hosting platform may separately use essential sign-in and security technologies, particularly when access is restricted. Its own privacy information applies to platform accounts and authentication.
Providers and external services
Information may be handled by providers that deliver website hosting, security, email and business communications, and by professional advisers or authorities where needed for legal obligations or claims.
This version is hosted through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Their platform services may process technical information under their own terms and notices: OpenAI privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy.
Discord and Instagram are external links, not embedded social feeds. If you follow them or communicate there, those providers process information under their own privacy notices. Avoid posting private project information in public channels.
International processing
The hosting, font and social platforms described above operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK. Their notices explain their locations and transfer arrangements. Contact us for details of any international transfers and safeguards that apply to information ATTFT handles directly.
Where ATTFT arranges a restricted transfer, a valid legal transfer mechanism is required, such as applicable adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on why information is held. Enquiry correspondence is needed while an enquiry is active and for relevant follow-up. If it becomes a project, relevant information may be retained for contractual, accounting or legal requirements and for resolving disputes. Retention should take account of the information’s sensitivity, whether the purpose still exists and applicable legal periods.
Technical records and platform account information are subject to the relevant provider’s retention arrangements. Contact us for the period or criteria applicable to your particular information.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access your information, correct it, have it erased, restrict its use, receive portable information or object to processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions.
Send requests to business@attft.com. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the applicable legal timescale. This website does not make automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. You do not have to contact us first.
Updates
We may update this notice when the website or our handling of information changes. The date above identifies this version. Material changes affecting existing information will be communicated where required.
